1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuiltInWeeks's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BuiltInWeeks provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications, AI-powered tools, dashboards, desktop applications, and API development. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on requirements discussed during our discovery process.

3. Project Estimates

Estimates provided through our website estimator tool are approximate and intended for informational purposes only. Final project pricing, scope, and timelines are determined through our formal discovery process and documented in a separate project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. BuiltInWeeksretains the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries, and frameworks developed independently.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestone deliverables.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business plans, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

7. Warranties and Limitations

BuiltInWeeks warrants that all deliverables will be free from material defects for a period of 30 days following delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Text messaging (SMS) program

Program name: BuiltInWeeks Alerts. BuiltInWeeks is a DBA of Teach Your Kid to Read LLC. These SMS terms apply if you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our text opt-in page, or otherwise ask us to text you.

• Program description: BuiltInWeeks sends recurring sales follow-up and customer-care text messages — replies to your enquiry, scheduling a short call, answers to questions, and account and customer-care updates. Messages are sent from (321) 414-9190 by an automated system.
• Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us or of using our services. You may request a quote, an estimate, or a project without ever giving us a mobile number.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
• To stop: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final confirmation message.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: no mobile information, including phone numbers collected for text messaging, will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
